Please read before considering booking.

- SESSION ARRIVAL: Clients are responsible for arriving at their scheduled session at least 5-10 minutes early to allow for any last-minute adjustments or potential traffic delays. Punctuality is crucial due to the time-sensitive nature of sessions, ensuring consideration for subsequent appointments. In the event that the client is running late, it's their responsibility to inform us of their expected arrival time. Please be mindful that your session's remaining time is limited, so adhere to your scheduled start time.

- STUDIO FEES: Specializing in outdoor and natural light studio photography, I serve clients interested in indoor settings as well by suggesting venues or studios upon request. It's the client's responsibility to arrange details with the selected venue or studio. Links will be shared for suggested studios in the area for the client's reservation. No additional purchases are needed for outdoor shoots.

- INVOICING: KayKlips Photography, LLC will issue invoices upon booking completion, unless otherwise specified in the Payment schedule. Clients must adhere to specified payment due dates. Failure to settle invoices promptly may lead to project suspension or termination. Photo delivery is contingent upon full payment completion, accepted through various methods determined by KayKlips Photography, LLC.

- REFUND POLICY: KayKlips Photography enforces a strict "No Refund" Policy post-transaction completion. In unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or equipment malfunction, clients may opt to reschedule sessions. No refunds are provided for non-attendance, dissatisfaction with received files, or after file selection at ordering appointments. If the Photographer encounters unexpected events for which they are responsible, 50% of the Client's funds will be reimbursed within 7 business days. Notification of incorrect photo receipt must be made within one week for correction.

- RESCHEDULING: Clients requiring rescheduling should contact KayKlips Photography, LLC and the assigned studio to arrange a new date. While some studios may charge rescheduling fees, outdoor session rescheduling incurs no additional charges.

- CANCELLATION POLICY: Clients wishing to cancel sessions have the option to reschedule, with no refunds unless attributable to photographer error.

- DELIVERABLES: Upon session conclusion, clients receive all Copyrighted RAW images within 24-48 hours. Clients select the desired number of photos, with final edits delivered depending on the workload of previous clients. A follow-up email discusses full gallery or individual image purchase options.

-FINAL SALES: All session fees, prints, and products are subject to MI state sales tax and applicable shipping. Due to the nature of photography, sales are final, and full payment is required upon order placement unless on an arranged payment plan. Photo distribution occurs approximately 3 weeks post-payment.
